Using Aimling
Aimling provides business messaging, automation, customer-support, scheduling, and related services. You are responsible for your account, users, content, connected business accounts, and compliance with laws and the policies of services you connect to Aimling.
Plans, trials and billing
Your plan, included services, fees, billing interval, trial dates, and payment dates are shown in your Billing page. A trial ends on the date shown there. Unless otherwise stated, paid plans renew at the selected interval until cancelled.
Setup fees, recurring fees, taxes, and any separately agreed charges are shown before payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider; Aimling does not store full card or bank credentials.
Recurring payments and missed payments
When you authorize recurring payment, you authorize the provider to collect the plan fee on each billing date under the mandate you approve. You may review payment status and invoices in the Billing page. If a payment cannot be collected, we may notify you and allow a reasonable period to resolve the payment.
Cancellation, refunds and reactivation
You may cancel your plan at any time through the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your service remains available until that date, and no further recurring fee will be charged for a later cycle.
Fees paid for the current monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycle are non-refundable. This includes any cycle in which you cancel before its end date. A trial ends on the date shown in your Billing page; cancelling during a trial prevents the first recurring charge unless otherwise stated.
Reactivating after a plan has ended may require a new payment authorization and is subject to the plan and pricing then available.

Third-party services
Connected services, including Meta/WhatsApp and payment providers, have their own terms and policies. Their availability, approval decisions, fees, and service changes are outside Aimling’s control.
