Information we handle

We handle account and billing contact details, workspace settings, customer information you enter or receive through connected channels, messages and support records, appointment and order information, uploaded content, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

Payment providers process payment credentials. Aimling receives payment status and limited transaction references needed for invoices, receipts, reconciliation, and support; we do not store full card or bank-account credentials.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, maintain, and improve Aimling and its customer-facing features.
• Send operational messages, such as account access, billing, payment, security, and support communications.
• Process connected messaging channels and automate responses according to the configuration you provide.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; meet legal obligations; and resolve support requests.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with providers needed to operate the service, such as hosting, database, email, payment, and connected messaging providers, or where required by law. These providers process information only for their services and under applicable agreements.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Workspace owners can configure selected conversation-retention settings where available. Billing and payment records may be retained longer when required for accounting or legal purposes.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please do not send secrets or highly sensitive information unless the service explicitly supports it.

Your choices

Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Workspace owners are responsible for responding to requests involving the customer information they control.
